Coaches helps leaders find the answers within themselves through deeper learning, whereas consultants, based on their experience, recommend specific business solutions to the leader. Ken built Vanguard’s bond indexing business from $1 billion to $750 billion over his 25+ year leadership tenure. His experience in hiring and developing leaders, making sound decisions, and building great teams that have consistently exceeded expectations, will provide valuable consulting solutions to executives in both domestic and international businesses and non-profits.

EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAM (ECP)

  • The ECP is a three month program (renewable every three months) that has two 90-minute coaching sessions per month and also spot coaching as needed in advance of important meetings.
