Who We Are
Passion Coaching offers coaching and consulting for executives and their teams to enable them to consistently exceed expectations. We serve both for-profit and not-for-profit institutions.
The Coach
Ken Volpert, ACC is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He has been leading teams to consistently exceed expectations for nearly 30 years.
He built Vanguard’s bond indexing business from $1 billion to $750 billion during his 26 year tenure. He has experience in the US and internationally, with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and boards. He has a proven track record of developing leaders, making sound investment and business decisions, and developing well functioning teams that have consistently exceeded expectations.

Ken is trained in asking powerful questions to help leaders find their answers which leads to deeper learning and self awareness. Through being asked powerful questions, based on Ken’s decades of leadership experience, executives are able to hone their personal leadership values, mission, purpose and vision and they develop the skills to hire and grow talented leaders and to manage their team to consistently exceed expectations. Executive Consulting
Ken built Vanguard’s bond indexing business from $1 billion to $750 billion over his 25+ year leadership tenure. His experience in hiring and developing leaders, making sound decisions, and building great teams that consistently exceed expectations, will provide valuable consulting guidance to executives in both domestic and international businesses.
Team Development
Ken has built and led teams that have consistently exceeded expectations. He has done this both domestically and internationally. Ken can meet individually with team members to address obstacles to their success and will also facilitate group meetings to help with gaining mission clarity and better teamwork to enable the team to consistently exceed expectations.
